THE PROGRAM

Paddle Synergy is a fitness workout that combines strength and conditioning exercises with the technical elements of all paddle sports. We use specific equipment and functional exercises that directly improve paddling performance and to prevent injuries. The workouts are done in an enclosed facility with guided personal coaching and structured programming. Your mind and body will be greatly challenged from our training format and ultimately increase your enjoyment on the water!

TYPES OF PACKAGES & WORKOUTS

PaddleSynergy - Fast 5

Can't commit to a monthly subscription? No problem! We have a weekly option that offers 5 sessions per week. Spread those sessions out throughout the five days we are open or if you're really pressed for time do all 5 on the same day! Although we recommend you spread your sessions throughout the week...there is such a thing of too much of a good thing! Note that unused sessions do not carry over to the following week

PaddleSynergy - Core 8

Is our baseline package, sign up for a month to month subscription for 8 Circuit and Technique sessions to be used at your discretion throughout that respective month. Rest assured those 8 workouts will never repeat themselves during that month and you will definitely be wanting more should you want more time in the gym! You can cancel at anytime!

Unlmited PaddleSynergy!

As the name implies, want to do two a days? Want to do five a days? The world is your Oyster in regards to how many Circuit/Technique sessions we offer a day. Sign up for a month to month subscription for Unlimited sessions. This allows you the opportunity to be creative with your own personal workout program! Rest assured if you sign up for the Unlimited package you will be getting a wide assortment of training at your disposal! *Strength and Conditioning Training not included*

Coach Preferred

Let's Be Honest...

There are plenty of wonderful gyms and group fitness shops out there. The difference is what Paddlesynergy offers. We feel PaddleSynergy is a cut above the rest in the paddling improvement aspect, in that our sessions won’t just make you leaner, stronger, and lighter but our workouts are specifically designed to help you become more proficient and comfortable on the water, which in turn equals greater speed and performance. We should know…we paddle too!! We want to help you succeed and quite honestly want to share a watercraft/the water with you someday! Our “why” and “purpose” is to help you succeed which in turn is our success. PaddleSynergy will help you lose weight, get strong, build endurance and help improve your paddling technique. What other gym out there can do all the above for you?  No time? No water? No Problem!

Come and try a workout made for paddlers by paddlers! 

Even beginners can participate in these type of sessions, we encourage self awareness in that, this is not our workout but yours! We may say "push yourself" but we know the person who you have to listen to the most is yourself. 

Circuit and Technique Training

These sessions are designed for both novice and veteran paddlers who are looking to improve their overall fitness in respects to whatever water paddling discipline they participate in. That being said each session encourages participants to push just a bit more volume and intensity within themselves. The focus is to improve core musculature to stabilize the Lumber-pelvic-hip-complex (LPHC), and spine under heavier loads through more complex range of motion. Our training sessions are also designed to improve your metabolic conditioning, and increase the load bearing capabilities of muscles, tendons and joints, all the while working on executing/learning a paddling technique that facilitates proper biomechanics in respects to human movements.

Strength and Conditioning Training (Coach preferred only)

Designed for paddlers who are part of the Coach Preferred program looking to increase their overall performance and fitness. This program is designed to push one’s limit and to build on pushing those limits even further. These sessions focus to increase an athletes Rate of Force. Here is where the paddle meets the water and we really put those who are looking to compete with the best through a rigorous program that is designed to increase one’s explosive strength and recovery.

This workout is designed for those who signed up for the Coach Preferred program. This is due to the fact the coaches utilize Periodized training to measure performance and results within a three month time frame.

COACH PREFERRED

The ultimate training package designed for the paddling athlete looking to reaching the next level. This package truly combines all the technical components of the Paddle Dojo and the training/nutritional components of the Fit Lab.

Looking at getting a fresh new start on your overall fitness? At the same time looking for something more then just a workout? The Paddle Synergy (Coaches Preferred) program is exactly that! We ask that paddlers who are interested in the Cocah Preferred program to commit to at least three months for this program, which includes the following:

Being part of a team! In where upon completion of your program you will be part of something more then just a fitness program but being part of a community that participates in events be it on land or water together!

-Individually customized strength and conditioning program designed to work on improving strength/endurance

-Given 1 on 1 coaching throughout your workout at each session

-Receive a Functional Moving Screen (FMS) to understand your own mobility to better prepare and approach your training ($60 value given for free!)

-Receive a Video/Technical Analysis on your stroke to better approach your training ($80 value given for free!)

-Get one 60 minute water session on the OC2 (or OC1) for every month you are part of the Coach preferred program

-Specialized Weight Loss and Nutrition plan catered to your specific needs and body type

Coach Prefferred - Silver (Performance)

Team Assistance and Clinics

If you are a coach and happen to need a means to measure and train your paddlers off the water, the Paddle Synergy facility provides the means to help support whatever off the water training program you wish to incorporate into your program. Understanding that not all paddling organizations run the same, we will work and assist to design a training program that makes sense for you as well as your paddlers!
